Real Estate Referral Services LLC (RRS) is a place for Florida real estate licensees who want to be “referral-only” agents to hang their license. RRS will NEVER charge you a fee to be part of our brokerage! Although your real estate license must be from Florida, you can live anywhere and you can refer anyone to anywhere. Check out the How it Works page to understand the real estate referral fee that you will receive.

Cathy Laurenzi, Broker/Owner, GRI, SRES®, REALTOR®

Cathy Laurenzi is the broker/owner of Real Estate Referral Services LLC (RRS) and the broker/owner of Florida Coast Realty of Brevard (FCRB). FCRB is located on the Space Coast, and unlike RRS, FCRB is a member of the Board of REALTORS®. If you are referring someone to an agent on the Space Coast, consider referring them to Cathy – your family and/or friends would be in good hands!
